Registration & Game Time
- Sign up by SHOWING UP! Registrations happen the first night.
- Length of the fall season is fourteen weeks
- Practice starts at 8:00 pm for summer season, and 9:00 pm for spring and fall season.
- Games start at 8:15 pm summer, and 9:15 pm spring/fall.
- Arriving a little early is always encouraged.
- Three league games begin at 8:15/9:15 pm and must be finished by midnight.
- Must have First & Last Name, Email, and Working Phone Number on Registration (form provided at the bowling alley)
- FOR THOSE THAT DO NOT WANT THEIR REAL NAME DISPLAYED INCLUDE NICKNAME
Payment
- League dues are $16.50 per person per week to be PAID IN FULL on or BEFORE halfway point. $16.50 per week, PAY A MINIMUM OF DOUBLE ($33.00) EVERY WEEK UNTIL FULLY PAID
- Pay a minimum of double ($33.00 per person) every week until fully paid *THIS RARELY HAPPENS* typically people only pay $16.50/week and I’m okay with that, I just try to get it earlier
- League bowlers are responsible for payment even when absent.
- Non-leaguers are welcome to sub with payment at the discretion of sub (person for whom they sub is still ultimately responsible)
- Once an individual is fully paid they are awesome and bowl without payment for the rest of the season.
- Once an entire team is fully paid they become SUPER AWESOME and get bonus love/swag.
- Captain is responsible for ensuring each player’s payment is written on Payment Tracker.
- Any issues whatsoever bring to alley management or Kasey immediately
Quitting
- Teams are responsible for letting alley staff or Kasey know when a Team Member quits.
- After no-show quitting the league, players are still responsible for payment UNLESS ALLEY STAFF or KASEY is NOTIFIED (then no more payment required)
- Three weeks of non-payment and players are automatically dropped, with the league (or preferably the player) responsible for payment of those three weeks
- LET US KNOW OF ANY CHANGES! Tell or facebook Kasey Novatka, leave a message on the Rolling for Jerry fb page, call/email KingPins, JUST TELL US!!!
Pre-bowling
- Any team or member of a team can pre-bowl anytime in the week prior to a week of bowling in place of rolling during scheduled time
- When pre-bowling, the player pays on the following league night
- No post bowling *this also is not a hard and fast rule*
Smoking / Booze
- Smoking cannabis is not allowed on alley property
- No inside booze allowed outside
- No outside food or beverage allowed inside
- If a player is caught consuming OUTSIDE ALCOHOL on bowling alley property, they are IMMEDIATELY EXPELLED from the league
Raffle/Swag/Gift/Contests
- Vote on whether or not second show will be a Dead-ish band and not exclusively Dead Shows– all suggestions welcome!
- Weekly donation-based raffle for all attending league members and subs
- Choose your prize on a first number picked gets first choice basis
- Three contests – evenly spaced throughout the season – suggestions welcome
- When a team pays in full they get an AWESOME SWAG BAG
- Everyone that pays in full gets an AMAZING END OF SEASON GIFT
